摘    要:目的]测定黔东南州丹寨县硒锌精米中微量元素Mn、Pb和Cd的含量。方法]微波消解样品,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优化组合,选取待测元素在TAS-986原子吸收分光光度计中的最佳操作条件,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定样品中Mn、Pb和Cd含量。结果]硒锌精米中Mn含量为15.5mg/kg,重金属元素Pb和Cd均未检出。结论]微波消解-FAAS法耗时短,试剂用量少,环境污染少,操作简便,精密度和准确度较高。

Determination of Manganese, Lead and Cadmium in Selenium-Zinc Rice by Microwave Digestion-FAAS Method

Abstract:Objective] To determine the microelement content of manganese,lead and cadmium in Selenium-Zinc Rice in Danzhai county,Qiandongnan.Method] After the sample was digested with microwave,the orthoganol experiments were carried out by L9(34)orthoganol desigh and obtained the optimization conditions of TAS-986 atomic adsorption spectrometer,the contents of trace elements induding manganese,lead and cadmium were tested by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Result] The content of trace element manganses was 15.5 mg/kg in Selenium-Zinc Rice of Qiandan Brand,the heavy metal either lead or cadmium was not found.Conclusion] The determination of trace element with microwave digestion is of little consumption of reagent,a few of environmental pollution,a simple operation,and high precision and accuracy,leading to satisfactory results.
