| 摘 要： | 土地整理项目规划是土地整理项目的龙头,当前土地整理规划设计存在很多问题。在介绍了规划主要内容以及依据原则的基础上,对当前规划设计受到的制约因素进行了分析,最后针对这些制约因素提出了合理的解决思路。

| Abstract: | The land readjustment is the important course and method.It can improve the land quality,promote the land intensive utilization and ensure the sustainable development of soil resource.In the paper the main problems in the course of land readjustment implementation were discussed on the base of the analysis of the present situation and some countermeasures were brought up. |
