| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会和2006年中央1号文件提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大命题,从社会主义现代化建设的全局出发,进一步明确了解决“三农”问题是全党工作的重中之重。建设社会主义新农村的历史任务,离不开金融的鼎力支持,因此怎么样加强金融对农村的支持是新农村建设中要研究的一个重大问题。

| Abstract: | Great proposition of new socialist countryside construction put forward by Fifth Plenary Session of Sixteenth Central Committee and No.1 Document of Central Committee of the CCP. “3 Rural Issues” is the most important thing in the whole party works. The history mission of new socialist countryside construction can not get away from financial great strength supportso how to strengthen finance’s support to village is an important problem which we wants to research on the new village construction. |
