金花薹萝卜雄性不育细胞质主要品质性状的胞质效应研究

目的]研究萝卜雄性不育系细胞质的胞质效应。方法]将不育系与恢复系配制成A系杂种，保持系与恢复系配制为B系杂种，测定其主要品质性状，根据它们之间的差异，确定其不育胞质效应。结果]不育细胞质与可育细胞质在辣味素性状上存在着极显著的差异，细胞质效应来源于细胞质和核质间互作。金花薹不育细胞质除了纤维素和辣味素性状外，其余品质性状均表现为负效应，其中Vc表现为较强的负效应。不育细胞质的不利效应可以通过不育细胞质与恢复系之间的互作效应来降低。结论]该研究为萝卜细胞质雄性不育系的正确评价和合理利用提供了一定的理论依据。
