| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选具有抗肿瘤活性的真菌发酵液多糖。方法]水提醇沉法提取真菌粗多糖,蒽酮-硫酸法测定糖浓度,MTT法测定多糖对体外肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果]在测试浓度范围内,树舌发酵液多糖对人大肠癌细胞SWWC116、人宫颈癌细胞Hela、人肺腺癌细胞NCI-446的最高抑制率分别为80.3%、74.1%、78.5%;榆耳发酵液多糖对NCI-446、SWWC-116、Hela细胞,小刺猴头发酵液多糖对NCI-446细胞的最高抑制率达50%;其余多糖抗肿瘤活性不明显。结论]树舌发酵液多糖具有抗肿瘤活性。
