复方电解质添加剂对夏季蛋种鸡繁殖性能的影响

选择316日龄的笼养海兰褐壳蛋种鸡1440只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组设6个重复,每个重复组120只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加复方电解质的基础日粮.结果表明:(1)试验组每只鸡日采食量、蛋重、产蛋率和种蛋合格率比对照组高8.89 g、2.41 g、2.98%和2.46%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组死亡率比对照组低1.86%,差异显著(P<0.05).(2)试验组蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位比对照组高0.021 mm和5.28,差异显著(P<0.05).(3)试验组孵化率和健雏率比对照组高4.53%和5.21%,差异显著(P<0.05).(4)试验组和对照组的蛋型指数和受精率差异均不显著(P>0.05).表明日粮中添加复方电解质能有效地缓解蛋种鸡的热应激,调节机体的电解质平衡,提高蛋种鸡的繁殖性能.

Effects of electolytes on the performances of reproduction of the laying breeds in summer

Effects of electolytes on the reproductive performances of laying breeds were observed.1440 Hy-line brown laying breeds(316 days old) were randomly divided into treatment group fed with basic diet containing electolytes(4000 g·t~(-1)),and control group fed with basic diet only.Each group had six replications,and there were 120 in each one.The results showed that(1) daily feed intake,laying rate,casted rate,egg size and hatching egg rate in treatment and control were 108.93 g and 100.23 g,74.12% and 71.14%,0.71% and 2.57%,62.67 g and 60.26 g,94.64% and 92.18% respectively,and their differences were significant(P<0.05).(2) The shell thickness,the Haugh unit in treatment and control were 0.358 mm and 0.337 mm,85.40 and 80.12 respectively,and their differences were significant(P<0.05).(3) The hatch ability and healthy chicks rate in treatment and control were 86.97% and 82.44%,93.62% and 88.41% respectively,and their differences were significant(P<0.05).(4) There were no significant diffierences in the index of egg shape and fertility between two grougs(P>0.05).The conclusions were that electrolytes adding to diet can alleviate heat stress and improve the reproductive performances of laying breeds significantly in summer.
