平面凸轮智能设计制造系统研究与开发

摘    要:提出了平面凸轮智能设计制造系统的组成结构,研究了智能设计模块的主框架、知识库和推理机等模块的设计原理,分析了仿真模块和自动编程模块的设计思路和功用,以编程工具VisualC 6.0,编制了大量源程序实现了整个系统。本系统将平面凸轮的设计、仿真和制造集成一体,可以较好地实现数据共享,提高了设计和制造的工作效率,有效降低了制造成本,有较强的实用性。

Abstract:The structure of intelligent design and manufacture system for planer cam was put forward, the theories of the modules of design of mainframe, knowledge base and reasoning machine were studied, and the design methods and function of the simulation module and auto- programming module were analyzed. With the tool of Visual C 6.0, the system is achieved through huge programming codes. The modules of design, simulation and manufacture are integrated, so can share the datum, improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, enhance the practicability.
