| 摘 要： | 提出了一种车辆可靠性分析中威布尔分布的参数估计公式，并用蒙特卡洛法进行了模拟验证模拟结果表明，参数估计公式正确，采用蒙特卡洛法进行模拟验证可行。

| Abstract: | An estimation formula of parameters of Weibull Distribution in reliability analysis is presented and tested by the Monte Carlo method. The Monte Carlo simulation test results show that this parameter estimation formula is correct. |
