摘    要:测定了4个苜蓿品种 HA-3、Ta、M8、Ja 无性系在大田蓟马持续为害后茎叶中的营养成分,结果表明:受蓟马为害后,4个苜蓿无性系品种叶片中的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和可消化蛋白含量降低,粗纤维含量、粗灰分含量升高,且均与对照差异显著(P 〈0.05),HA-3和 Ta 苜蓿叶片无氮浸出物含量降低,M8和 Ja 叶片中的升高。在茎中,4种苜蓿无性系的粗蛋白、粗灰分和可消化蛋白含量升高,且显著高于对照(P 〈0.05);粗脂肪含量降低,与对照相比较无显著差异,粗纤维和无氮浸出物含量降低,显著低于对照(P 〈0.05)。HA-3苜蓿无性系在多个牧草品质指标中表现最佳,耐害性最佳,而 Ja 苜蓿最差。

Abstract:In order to study the resistance mechanism of nutrients content of alfalfa damaged by thrips,four alfalfa clones(HA-3、Ta、M8、Ja)damaged by thrips were chose in this study to measure the changes of nutrients content.The result showed that the contents of crude protein,crude fat and digestible crude protein in the leaves of 4 alfalfa clones were less significantly than the control(P 〈0.05),the contents of crude fiber and crude ash were higher significantly than the control(P 〈0.05),the contents of nitrogen-free extract decreased in the leav-es of HA-3 and Ta,but increased in the leaves of M8 and Ja.The content of crude protein and digestible crude protein in the stems of 4 alfalfa clones were higher significantly than the control(P 〈0.05),the content of crude fat was not significantly difference compare to the control(P 〈0.05),the content of crude fiber and nitrogen-free extract were less significantly than the control(P 〈0.05).All above showed that HA-3 alfalfa was better than others,Ja alfalfa was the poorest one.
