霍格兰溶液(Hoagland)对小麦种子发芽生长的影响

摘    要:除空气、水分、阳光外,小麦生长发育还需要无机盐。Hoagland溶液中含有植物所需的氮、磷、钾大量元素和钙、镁中量元素。本文研究了Hoagland溶液对小麦育苗发芽生长的影响,研究发现Hoagland溶液中无机盐可促进小麦植株的生长,主要表现在叶厚、叶绿素、株高、氮含量和总干重等指标明显增加,根冠比降低。

The influence of Hoagland solution on the germination and growth of wheat seedlings

Abstract:Besides air, water and sunlight, inorganic salts are also needed for wheat growth. Hoagland solution contains macronutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and medium elements of calcium and magnesium required by plants. In this paper, the influence of Hoagland solution on the germination and growth of wheat seedlings was studied, and it was found that the inorganic salts in Hoagland solution could promote the growth of wheat plants, mainly in the indicators such as leaf thickness, chlorophyll, plant height, nitrogen content and total dry weight increased significantly, while the root-crown ratio decreased.
