| 摘 要： | 通过对西昌市北河地区的佛奥、配多灵、尼肖特油橄榄品种上、中、下部位叶片多酚含量的测定,研究3种油橄榄品种不同部位及整株叶片多酚含量的季节动态变化规律。结果表明:3种油橄榄叶片多酚含量在2008年各季节都呈逐渐减少的趋势,叶片多酚含量均以3月最高;其中尼肖特叶片中多酚的含量全年最高;其次佛奥叶片多酚含量较好,全年稳定,植株各部位叶片多酚含量相差较小;配多灵叶片中多酚含量较低,且全年不稳定。
