| 摘 要： | 2002～2004年,黑龙江省哈尔滨、宾县、牡丹江、绥化、佳木斯、黑河等地均有细菌性斑点病不同程度的发生,其中在哈尔滨、牡丹江、绥化、佳木斯发病较重.针对黑龙江省大豆品种的细菌性病害情况,通过对采集到的620份细菌病害叶片上的病原菌进行分离、纯化,进行大豆回接致病性验证,形态特征、染色反应以及生理生化鉴定,确定有38个菌株为由丁香假单胞杆菌引起的大豆细菌性斑点病. |

| Abstract: | The Soybean Bacterial Spot Disease caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv.Glycinea was very serious from 2002~2004 in Heilongjiang province.The disease occurred in Harbin,Bin county,Mudanjiang,Suihua,Jiamusi,Heihe,etc.Thereinto,the disease was relatively serious in Harbin,Mudanjiang,Suihua and Jiamusi.38 strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv.Glycinea were obtained from 620 leaves of soybean varieties in Heilongjing Province by way of pathogenicithy,mophology,physiological and biochemical characters designation. |
