| 摘 要： | 本文运用直接模糊聚类分析法,把苹果褐斑病的发病数量(即强度)、空间和时间动态作为统一整体(即系统),以感病指数(X)、聚集性指标((M~*/M))和病叶率(P)作为病害流行动态的特征指标,研究了苹果褐斑病的流行动态.从病害流行动态的统一观出发,把病害流行动态的一个生长期分为4个阶段,并对模糊聚类分析在病害流行动态研究中的应用作了分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper, direct Fuzzy cluster analysis is used to study the epidemic dynamic of Marssonina mail with the condition of unification of the amount of infecied trees and dynamics in time and space. Also, disease index(x),crowding index(M * / M )and percentage of infected leaves(p)are used as the characteristic indices in this study. Started from the unified view of epidemic dynamic of disease, the whole growing period of epidemic dynamic of the disease is divided into four stages. Finally, the appilcation of Fuzzy cluster analysis in the studies of epidemic dynamic of the disease is discoursed. |
