| 摘 要： | 文化信息资源共享工程是一项社会主义文化建设标志性工程。它对于保持社会稳定、保障社会公平、构建和谐社会,保障基层人民群众的文化权益,有着重要的作用。以濮阳市为例分析了目前文化信息资源共享工程建设与实践的现状、存在的问题与不足,在此基础上提出了切实可行的解决办法与措施。
