广州地区蔬菜甲醛含量及人群甲醛暴露的初步风险评估

摘    要:了解广州地区蔬菜中甲醛本底及实际含量,并进行人群暴露的初步风险评估。采用高效液相色谱法分别测定广州大型超市中有机蔬菜及广州市三个区农贸市场蔬菜的甲醛含量。结果表明:40种有机蔬菜的甲醛平均含量为0.272 mg/kg,其中有25种蔬菜检出,检出率为62.5%,指天椒中甲醛含量最高,为2.354 mg/kg。与美国国家环境保护局建议的甲醛每日允许摄入量(ADI)比较,人群膳食蔬菜的甲醛暴露量风险较低。市场可能存在非法添加甲醛的行为,但是整体含量相对较低。

Determination of Formaldehyde Content in Vegetables and Preliminary Risk Assessment of Formaldehyde Exposure in Population in Guangzhou
Abstract:To understand the content of naturally occuring formaldehyde and actually occuring formaldehyde in vegetables in Guangzhou and carry out a preliminary risk assessment of formaldehyde exposure in population, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the formaldehyde content in organic vegetables from large supermarkets and farm produce markets in three districts in Guangzhou. The results showed that the average content of formaldehyde in 40 kinds of organic vegetables was 0.272 mg/kg. Among which, formaldehyde was found in 25 kind of vegetables, and the detection rate of formaldehyde was 62.5%, and the highest content of formaldehyde was detected in conelike redpepper, which was 2.354 mg/kg. Compare with the ADI of formaldehyde recommended by US Environmental Protection Agency, the exposure of formaldehyde in dietary vegetables was relatively low and less risky. There might be illegal addition of formaldehyde in the market, but in general, the content was relatively low.
