| 摘 要： | 分析食用菌工厂化栽培特点和主要的安全控制方法,解读绿色食品的技术标准和应用前景。提出食用菌从业者可以根据绿色食品的标准规范工厂的生产管理,申报绿色食品并获得绿色食品标识使用资格,实现对生产管理的官方监管;利用绿色食品的影响力,扩大产品的知名度,促进营销,实现双赢。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of industrialized cultivation of edible mushroom and the main safety control methods were analyzed.Meanwhile the technical standards and the application prospect of Green Food were explained.It is advised that edible mushroom practitioners can put forward the standards of Green Food standard to normalize the industrialization of mushroom production in a safety way,and to apply for green food authentication in order to achieve the official regulation of production management.Use the influence of Green Food to expand the product influence and promote marketing,to achieve a win-win situation in the end. |
