中华绒螯蟹幼体及培育水体瞬时耗氧率的研究

摘    要:测定了中华绒螯蟹Ⅱ期、Ⅴ期溞状幼体及仔蟹(壳宽0.442±0.034 cm)的瞬时耗氧率,对瞬时耗氧率和溶解氧(DO)作相关分析.结果表明,河蟹幼体的不同发育阶段、处于不同环境中的个体,其瞬时耗氧率不随溶解氧的升降而升降.同时测定了处于不同发育阶段河蟹幼体所处水环境的瞬时耗氧率以及各自的窒息临界点和半致死点.

Abstract:The instantaneous rate of oxygen consumption of the zoaea-stage ( Z2 ) and zoaea-stage ( Z5) and postlarva( p) of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis were determined,then were analyzed with dissolved oxygen ( DO) correlatively.The result shows that for different developmental stage of an arganism or an arganism in different environment condition,the instantaneous rate of oxygen consumption did not increase or decrease with the increasing or decreasing of DO.The instantaneous rate of oxygen consumption of the rearing water,and the asphyxiant point and semi-lethal point of the three juveniles were determined respectively.
