水稻秧苗发根力与一些碳氮营养生理特性的关系

摘    要:通过田间小区试验研究秧苗发根力与一些碳氮生理特性的关系.结果表明:秧苗根、茎、叶的氮质量分数与新发根数呈显著正相关,氮积累量与单株根长、根数和根质量呈显著或极显著正相关;叶片可溶性糖质量分数与秧苗发根力各性状呈大小不等的负相关关系,叶鞘可溶性糖质量分数则与其呈正相关;根系淀粉酶活性与单株根长、根质量和根数呈显著或极显著正相关关系,叶鞘中的淀粉酶活性与发根节和根系中的腺苷三磷酸酶(ATP酶)活性呈显著的正相关,根系ATP酶活性与根比重的相关系数为0.840 7,达到极显著水平;旱育秧苗植株的氮质量分数和叶鞘可溶性蛋白质质量分数高,植株淀粉酶和ATP酶活性强,为较强的秧苗发根力奠定了生理基础.

Abstract:The relationship between rooting ability and some physiological characteristics about carbon and nitrogen nutrition in rice seedlings was studied by field plot experiment.The result showed that,the significant positive correlation was found between the nitrogen contents of roots,leaf sheath,leaf blade and number of new roots.Nitrogen accumulation of plant was significant or highly significant positive correlated with root length of per plant,number of roots and root dry mass.The properties of rooting abilit...
