| 摘 要： | 脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)是动物组织中脂肪沉积的关键酶,是甘油三酯降解为甘油和游离脂肪酸(FFA)反应的限速酶,在脂质代谢和转运过程中起着重要作用。脂蛋白脂酶基因的表达具有特异性,营养等因素能够影响动物LPL基因的表达和LPL活性。论文综述了LPL的生物学功能、LPL在脂肪沉积中的作用及其在单胃动物和反刍动物中的研究现状。
