性腺肽类激素在动物生殖调控中的作用

摘    要:阐述了性腺肽类激素抑制素、活化素及卵泡抑素对动物生殖机能的影响及其分泌的调节。抑制素和卵泡抑素均可抑制垂体FSH的活性,从而影响动物的生殖功能。抑制素受内分泌、旁分泌及自分泌作用;卵泡抑素以自分泌方式调节颗粒细胞功能,促进卵泡的黄体化;活化素以自分泌方式调节颗粒细胞的分化,阻止排卵卵泡的黄体化,并有诱导产生和增加FSH受体的功能。

Abstract:The effects of sexual gland peptide hormone such as inhibin, activin and FSH-supporting protein (FSP) on reproductivity and regulation of secretion of the hormones were addressed. Inhibin and FSP inhibit the activity of FSH, The secretion of inhibin is regulated by endocrine, side-secretion and self-secretion. FSP regulates the growth of follicles by self-secretion and stimulates follicle cell to form corpus luteum. Activin also regulates the development of follicle by self-secretion, prevents the formation of corpus luteum and induces the production of FSH receptors.
