高温除湿干燥的节能分析

摘    要:对杨木进行高温除湿干燥,并与常规干燥进行干燥能耗和木材质量的对比。结果表明,高温除湿干燥各阶段节能效果有较大差异,前期节能效果最好,平均能量回收率为30.5%;在同样的干燥基准下,两者的干燥周期和干燥质量基本一致,高温除湿干燥比常规干燥节能34.1%。未来的发展方向是高温除湿干燥与常规干燥联合进行。

Abstract:Populus deltoides lumber were dried using high temperature dehumidification and conventional methods under the same schedule.Energy consumption and drying quality during the two drying methods were monitored and compared.Results showed that the energy consumption was different during various drying stages.It was found that the most effective way to save energy was in the initial period and it could save up to 30.5%.The high-temperature dehumidification drying consumed 34.1% less energy than the conventional...
