10个玉米自交系的聚类分析

摘    要:对伊犁州农业科学研究所育成的2个玉米自交系和国内常用的8个玉米自交系的13个性状进行聚类分析,结果表明:10个自交系被分成了7类,即掖478与C8605、449为一类,A619与242为一类,丹340、吉853、B73、Mo17和B84各为一类.根据杂优模式规律,同类之间无杂交优势,不同类之间有较大杂优模式.但我们研究的结果并非完全如此.

Abstract:Traits of 2 maize inbred lines bred by Yili Agricultural Institute and 8 maize inbred lines most in use of China were classified by using clustering analysis .The results showed that 10 maize inbred lines were divided into 7 groups,one group consisted of Ye478 and C8605,449,one group consisted A619 and 242, the other were Dan340,Ji853,B73,Mo17 and B84 respectively. According to heterosis regularity,there was no heterosis in the same group, and heterosis among different groups. But our study results wasn't completely like that.
