摘    要:对加那利海枣叶斑病的症状进行了观察。结果表明,加那利海枣叶斑病主要发生在叶片和叶柄。初期症状是在叶片和叶柄出现水渍状褪绿色的褐色小点,病斑扩大成浅褐色椭圆形或不规则病斑,病斑周围有黄色的晕圈,后期变褐色至灰褐色,中央产生小黑点。按照柯赫氏法则对该病害的病原菌进行分离和致病性测定。通过形态学观察和rDNA ITS序列分析鉴定,将病原菌鉴定为异色拟盘多毛孢[Pestalotiopsis versicolor (Speg.) Steyaert]。

Abstract:The symptoms of leaf spot of Phoenix canariensis were observed. The results showed that leaf spot of P. canariensis mainly occurred on leaves and petioles. The early symptom was brown lesion with water soaked and chlorotic leaves and petioles. Lesion expanded into brownish oval or irregular spots. The spots were surrounded by yellow helos and the spots changed into brown to grayish brown during the late stage. Centres of the spots produced black dots. According to Koch’ postulates,the pathogens were isolated and pathogenicity was determined. Based on morphological characters and sequence of rDNA ITS,the pathogen was identified as Pestalotiopsis versicolor (Speg.) Steyaert.
