钙钠离子对高粱和小麦乙烯释放的影响

摘    要:本文阐述了钙、钠离子对小麦、高粱抗旱性不同的品种叶片与根乙烯释放的影响。钙和钠离子对小麦和高架根的乙烯释放有明显的抑制效应。钠离子胁迫下,小麦根乙烯释放量多于高粱根;钙离子胁迫下则以高粱根乙烯释放量为多。钙或钠离子胁迫下,高粱或小麦不抗旱品种根乙烯释放量多于抗早品种。就叶片乙烯释放而言,高粱乙烯释放量少于小麦。两离子对高粱抗旱品种叶片乙烯释有促进作用,对不抗旱品种影响甚微。小麦不抗旱品种叶片乙烯释放为钙钠处理所抑制。胁迫下两种作物抗旱品种叶片的乙烯释放量高于其不抗旱品种的。这些结果表明,植物的乙烯释放对盐分胁迫的反应随组织器官和基因型而异。

Abstract:The effect of sodium (0.2M) and calcium (0.2M) on ethlene production by roots and leaves of sorghum(Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.em. Thell)cnltivars differing in drought resistance was determined. Ethlene production by roots in the two crops was greatly inhibited by sodium and calcium. With sodium chloride stress, roots of wheat cultivars produced more ethylene than did sorghum cultivars roots.But with calcium chloride, sorghum released more. Under both stresses of calcium and sodium, roots of the drought sensitive cultivar released more ethylene than did roots of the drought resistant cultrvar for each crop.The amount of ethylene released from sorghum leaves was lower than that of wheat leaves.Sodium or calcium stimulated ethylene production from leaves of the drought resistant sorghum cultivar, but had little effect on the drought sensitive ones. Ethylene release from leaves of the drought sensitive wheat cultivar was inhibited by calcium or sodium. Under both stresses, drought resistant cultivars of wheat and sorghum released more ethylene (from leaves) than did the drought sensitive ones.These results suggest that ethylene production from plant in response to salt stress vary with genotypes and plant organs.
