一例猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的诊治

河南濮阳某养猪场怀孕母猪出现流产,产死胎、木乃伊胎,仔猪发生呼吸性疾病等症状,发病率达60%,日死亡1～2头。结合临床症状、病理变化和实验室诊断,确诊为猪繁殖与呼吸综合症。随后采用综合防治措施对疫病进行控制,综合治疗后7d,全群情况好转,采食量恢复正常,死亡停止且无新增病例。最后对繁殖与呼吸综合症的发病原因、防制措施进行了讨论。

Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus Infection

A clinical case of pigs from one pig farm in Puyang,showing some suspected clinical symptoms of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),such as mid to late-termabortion,stillbirth and mummified fetuse in sows,and respiratory disease characterization in piglet,was finally conformed by the observations of pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis.After effective treatment for seven days,the disease was controlled.The causative factors and treatment measures were discussed.
