摘    要:濒危植物保护是全球范围共同关注的热点之一。资源冷杉是极度濒危的物种,其保护现状令人堪忧。长期的人为干扰,导致其种群数量急剧减少,目前调查地区仅存不到600株。因此,应针对资源冷杉的濒危现状,从种群生态学、生殖生态学和分子生物学的角度对其进行全面研究,从种群生活史的途径和分子水平揭示种群生态机理.以及在自然状态下的濒危过程和致危机制,通过基础研究和生境管理,使生态环境恢复,种群数量扩大,达到保护资源冷杉的目标。

Abstract:The Abies ziyuansis L. F. Ku et is an extreme imminent danger plant species and its protection is in its worst period. Due to human destruction its population is decreasing rapidly with less than 600 plants in the investigation area. Research on the population ecology, general ecology and molecular biology is necessary. The population ecological mechanism, imminent danger and danger mechanism in nature were measured using living history and molecular studies. Based on basic research results and management of the ecological environment the ecological environment was renewed and the population increased.
