| 摘 要： | 采用PCR-SSCP方法分析了RBP4基因在大尾寒羊和小尾寒羊中的多态性,以期探索该基因对于河南地方绵羊品种繁殖力的影响。结果表明：在2个绵羊品种中RBP4基因检测出2个基因型即BB和AB，没有检测到AA基因型。在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中BB基因型频率分别为0.840和0.583，AB基因型频率分别为0.160和0.416。在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中A等位基因频率分别为0.080和0.209，B等位基因频率分别为0.920和0.791。研究为进一步从分子水平探索河南地方绵羊品种的高繁殖力遗传机制提供了参考。
