| 摘 要： | 为全面掌握中原农区农地流转状况，通过对村级层面微观案例比较分析，归纳出中原农区农地流转的5种主要模式--农户自发流转模式、基层组织引领模式、龙头企业引领模式、农民专业合作社引领模式和土地银行模式，并对每种模式中流转主体的权利和义务、流转的规范和公平性、流转的效益等特征进行对比分析。提出了因地制宜选择适宜的流转模式，发挥政府部门的规范、引导和监督作用，加强村集体的组织协调作用，建立农地流转中介机构，出台对农地流转的激励措施等政策建议。
