我国农民专业合作社存在的问题及对策分析————基于合作社快速发展的背景

为促进中国农民专业合作社健康、快速、持续的发展，笔者利用河北省66家农民合作社的调查数据和8家合作社的访谈资料，对合作社快速发展过程中出现的主要问题进行了系统分析。研究结果表明，合作社较小的规模、狭窄的服务领域、短缺的资金和人才、缺乏积极性的社员、欠完善的制度以及稳定性较差的运行机制是制约合作社快速发展的主要问题。文章对问题产生的原因从实践的角度给予了解释，在此基础上提出了针对性的对策建议。

Analysis of the problems and countermeasures in Farmers specialized cooperative------Based on the background of cooperatives’ rapid development
