| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨晒红烟烟碱积累规律及不同施肥量对烟碱的影响。[方法]以延晒5号为供试品种，硝酸磷、磷酸二铵与硫酸钾为供试肥料．研究不同施肥量对烟碱的影响。[结果]晒红烟烟碱积累量是从移栽后50d开始迅速增加。叶、根部烟碱日积累量最高值均出现在移栽后60d，茎部日积累量最高值是在移栽后70d。烟碱以叶中分布最多，根次之，茎最少；烟碱在根、茎、叶中的比例，生育前期和后期无明显的变化。在相同的施肥水平条件下，烟碱的含量为上部叶〉中部叶〉下部叶。总糖含量为中部叶〉上部叶〉下部叶。在不同的施肥水平下，总糖随着施氮量的增加而含量减少，随着部位的上升烟碱含量增加。[结论]该研究为晒红烟的生产提供了科学依据。
