| 摘 要： | 利用＂中国专利数据库＂,从专利数量统计入手,分析了吉林省食品产业专利行业分布、申请人性质和专利法律状态;同时,根据＂吉林省食品产业跃升计划＂,对各个行业专利状况做了详细的统计。结合实地调研考察结果,分析存在的主要问题并提出建议。

| Abstract: | Based ＂Chinese patent database＂ and started with patents number statistics, this paper analyzed the patent industry distribution, the applicant nature and the patent law state of food industry in Jilin province. According to ＂zooming plans of the food industry in Jilin province ＂, the patent status in each trade was detailed statistics. And also combined with the results of field work, analyzed the existing problems and make recommendations. |
