摘    要:对用浓硫酸酸蚀过的巨紫荆种子进行不同浓度(2505、001、000 mg/L)赤霉素浸种与冰箱低温层积相结合的催芽试验,测定了发芽率。巨紫荆种子具有休眠特性,低温层积能够增进巨紫荆种子萌发,时间越长发芽率越高。层积前用赤霉素浸泡促进巨紫荆种子萌发的作用明显,以250 mg/L赤霉素浸泡244、8 h后层积60 d打破种子休眠效果较好,种子发芽率分别达22.5%和25.5%。清水浸泡促进萌发的效果不明显。赤霉素浸泡必须与低温层积相结合才能发挥作用。用250 mg/L赤霉素浸泡是理想的巨紫荆种子催芽方法。

Abstract:In accelerating germination experiment,the seeds of Cercis gigantean etched by dense sulfuric acid were soaked with different concentrations of gibberellins(250,500 and 1 000 mg/L),which was combined with cold stratification in refrigerator.And then their germination rate was determined.The seeds of Cercis gigantean had dormancy characteristics. Cold stratification promoted the germination of Cercis gigantean seeds and the germination rate was increased with the time.Soaking with gibberellins before stratification had obvious effects on the germination of Cercis gigantean seeds.The seeds stratified for 60 d after soaked with gibberellins at the concentration of 250 mg/L for 24 and 48 h had better effects on breaking the dormancy of seeds,with their germination rates of 22.5% and 25.5% respectively.The effect of clean water treatment on germination was not obvious.Soaking with gibberellins should be only combined with cold stratification so that it could play a good role.Soaking with gibberellins at 250 mg/L was the ideal accelerating germination method for seeds of Cercis gigantean.
