大蹼铃蟾冬眠前后肥满度分析及部分内脏器官的变化

摘    要:于2008年10-11月和2009年3-4月,测定了昆明市东北郊大蹼铃蟾冬眠前后的整体肥满度、躯体肥满度、肝系数、脂肪体系数及生殖腺系数等生理指标,并进行差异显著性检验。结果表明:整体肥满度K和体质量/体长指标KWL在不同性别间变化有差异;按体长数理统计法,将雌雄个体均划分为成体1龄和成体2龄,比较1龄和2龄个体间的K和KWL,表明用岛。检验不同年龄间个体身体状况的差异更准确。冬眠后两性的肝系数均显著下降,脂肪体系数变化均不显著;生殖腺系数的变化和营养消耗均表现出性别差异;在雌雄个体中均不能明确在冬眠期间主要消耗的营养物质来源,推测其在此期间可能有短暂的捕食行为。

Abstract:The physiological indexes including the overall relative fatness, body relative fatness, liver coefficient, fat body coefficient and genital gland coefficient of Bombina maxima were measured between October to November in 2008 before the hibernation and between March to April in 2009 after hibernation in the northeastern suburban area of Kunming City, and the significant difference test was conducted. The results showed that there were some differences in the indexes of overall fatness indicator K and the weight length ratio KWL between the male and female animals. The male and female individuals were divided into adult age 1 and adult age 2 groups respectively according to body-length of management Statistics Act, the comparison of K and KWL index values between the adult age 1 and adult age 2 groups indicated that index KWL was more accurate to test the difference in physical con- ditions of individuals between the different ages. After hibernation, the liver coefficient of individuals for both two sexes declined significantly but the fat body coefficient did not change significantly. There were differences between the sexes in the change of genital gland coefficient and nutrient consumption. It was inferred that Bombina maxima might have short-term predatory behavior during the hibernation because the main source of nutrients consumed by individuals of both two sexes during the hibernation could not be precisely determined.
