摘    要:以山东道地药材栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.)为研究对象,比较了生产上两个主要品系KXY-001和KXY-005光合特性的差异。结果表明:⑴品系KXY-001净光合速率在14时显著下降,具有明显的"午休"现象;品系KXY-005净光合速率随温度和光合有效辐射的日变化呈现"抛物线"现象;且在相同光合有效辐射下,品系KXY-001的净光合速率显著大于品系KXY-005。⑵品系KXY-001光补偿点低于品系KXY-005,而光饱和点高于KXY-005,具有较强的光合生产力,更易适应弱光和强光环境。总的来看,品系KXY-001光合生产力和光合潜力高于品系KXY-005。

Abstract:The differences of photosynthetic characteristics of two Trichosanthes kirilowii strains,KXY-001 and KXY-005,were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of KXY-001 decreased significantly at 14∶ 00,which showed obvious midday depression phenomenon. Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of KXY-005 showed parabola phenomenon along with variation of temperature and photosynthetically active radiation. The net photosynthetic rate of KXY-001 was significantly higher than that of KXY-005 at the same photosynthetically active radiation. The light compensation point of KXY-001 was lower than that of KXY-005,but the light saturation point was higher than that of KXY-005. The KXY-001 had stronger photosynthetic productivity and was easier to adapt to low-light or high-light environments.Overall,the photosynthetic productivity and potentiality of KXY-001 were better than those of KXY-005.
