摘 要: | 野生稻是现代栽培水稻的野生近缘种,在向栽培稻驯化的过程中,约有1/3的等位基因和1/2的基因型丢失,其中包括大量的抗病、抗虫等有利基因。本文综述了近年来野生稻主要病虫害抗性基因的发掘定位及在水稻育种中利用的研究进展。

Abstract: | Wild rice species are wild relatives of cultivated rice. About 1/3 alleles and 1/2 genotypes of wild rice had been lost during the domestication process to cultivated rice, including a large amount of favora- ble genes such as disease - and insect - resistant genes. The exploration and location of main disease - and insect -resistant genes in wild rice and their utilization in rice breeding were summarized in this paper. |
