摘    要:以不同浓度的大葱根系分泌物处理连作黄瓜幼苗根区土壤,研究其对黄瓜根际土壤微生态环境的影响。结果表明:采用适宜浓度的大葱根系分泌物处理可显著提高黄瓜幼苗根际土壤的pH值,降低Ec值,增加速效氮、有效磷和速效钾含量,增强土壤磷酸酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性,增加土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌数目,降低真菌在微生物总量中的比例。大葱根系分泌物有利于改善连作黄瓜的根际土壤环境。

Abstract:Different levels of Welsh onion root exudates were used to treat tile soil arounu commuous - cropping cucumber seedlings and to study their effects on rhizosphere micro - ecological environment of cucum- ber. The results showed that the proper concentration of Welsh onion root exudates could significantly increase the soil pH value, contents of available N, P and K, activities of phosphatase, urease and catalase, and the number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi, but reduce the soil EC value and the rate of fungi in total micro- bial amount. The root exudates of Welsh onion were benefit to improving the rhizosphere micro - ecological en- vironment of continuous - cropping cucumber seedlings.
