摘    要:二化螟幼虫表皮在 Grace 培养液中经20-羟蜕皮酮诱导24h 后,移入不含20-羟蜕皮酮的 Grace 培养液中继续培养48h,出现表皮开裂及皮层溶离。而几丁质抑制剂 ATABRON则能抑制这种过程的发生。与传统的生物测定方法相比,用这种表皮培养系统检测几丁质抑制剂的生物活性,具有快速,灵敏的特点,并能从组织学水平直接观察到几丁质抑制剂对表皮蜕皮过程的影响。

Abstract:The cuticle split and apdysis were formed when the cuticle tissue of Chilo suppressalis was first cultured in Grace's medium and introdused by 20-Hydroxecdysone for 24h,then translated into the same medium without 20 hydroxecdysone to culture for 48 h. This process was disrupted by chitin inhibitor-ATABRON.Bioassay of chitin inhibitors with this cultured cuticle system would be quicker and more sensitive compared with the method of traditional bioassay.Simultaneously,the effects of chitin inhibitors on ecdysis process of cuticle could be directly obseved on the level of histology.
