柞蚕微孢子虫孢子人工发芽的研究

摘    要:采用6种人工发芽方法研究了柞蚕孢子虫孢子发芽条件。试验发现,柞蚕微孢子虫孢子的发芽率存在较大差异,其中KHCO3 K2CO3法发芽率最高,达78.86%。在柞蚕微孢子虫孢子的人工发芽过程中,K^ 和Na^ 对其有促进作用,并且K^ 对柞蚕微孢子虫孢子发芽的促进作用明显强于Na^ 。Ca^2 和Mg^2 则对孢子发芽有显阻碍作用,CO3^2-有协同促进作用。而且,还证实柞蚕微孢子虫孢子在人工发芽过程中的完全发芽时间为10min。经固定染色后发现孢子发芽前后的形态发生变化,并能观察到弹出的极丝。

Abstract:This study demonstrated that there was a great difference in germinating rates by different induction ways and the germinating rates were different in different germination media with the same artificial induction method. K+ and Na+enhanced hatching.Synergisty of CO32- to K+ and Na+ appeared. Moreover, the prometing effect of K+ in artificial induction of N.pernyi spores was much notable than that of Na+. Ca2+ and Mg2+ inhibited the hatching of N.pernyi spores. It testified that perfect germinating of N. pernyi spores in artificial induction needed 10 minutes. After fixed and stained, the shape of hatched spores changed compaired with that of unhatched spores and the long pole which extended out could be found.
