蓝莓果渣中熊果苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:以蓝莓果渣为原料,研究熊果苷的适宜提取条件。试验采用超声波辅助提取法从蓝莓果渣中提取熊果苷,采用正交试验确定适宜的提取工艺条件。试验结果表明,熊果苷提取的适宜工艺条件是乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶20g/mL,超声时间40min,超声功率400W,在此条件下,熊果苷提取效果较好。

Abstract:The objective of the present study was to investigate optimum extraction condition of arbutin from Vaccinium uliginosum pomace.Arbutin was extracted from Vaccinium uliginosum pomace by ultrasonic wave assisted method and orthogonal experiment was designed to study the optimum extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions include: ethanol concentration was 60%,material to liquid ratio was 1∶20,ultrasonic power was 400w and ultrasonic time was 40 min.Extraction efficiency of arbutin was superior under these conditions.
