针叶林下土壤中单宁含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:对不同条件设定下红松林土壤中含量较少的缩合单宁含量的测定方法(香草醛-盐酸法)进行了研究,结果表明:反应15h得到的测定数据最稳定;高浓度浸提液对单宁的溶解更完全;滤纸会降低浸提液中单宁的含量;浸提时间会影响提取物溶解到浸提液的完全程度。

Abstract:The determination method of condensed tannin in coniferous forest soil is studied in this paper.Conclusion: the reaction time should be kept on 15 hours;the liquor with high concentration can dissolve the tannin completely;filter can decrease the content of tannin in liquor;dissolving with long time can increase the tannin in liquor.
