不同猕猴桃叶片形态、解剖结构及其抗旱性评价

摘    要:以4个猕猴桃品种‘徐香’‘葛枣’‘金猕’和‘脐红’作为材料,采用多功能图像分析法、指甲油印记法和石蜡切片法,对叶片的形态、气孔特征和解剖结构相关的21个指标(叶长、叶宽、叶片长宽比、宽基距、气孔宽、气孔器长、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、叶片厚度等)进行观察测量,结合主成分分析和相关性分析对21个指标进行抗旱指标筛选,并通过隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价,以期为猕猴桃抗旱品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明:气孔宽、叶片厚度和上表皮厚度被筛选作为抗旱性综合评价的关键指标,4 个猕猴桃品种的抗旱性依次为‘徐香’>‘金猕’>‘脐红’>‘葛枣’。

Abstract:In this study,twenty-one indexes (leaf length,leaf width,leaf length-width ratio,wide base distance,stomatal width,stomatal apparatus length,upper epidermis thickness,lower epidermis thickness,leaf thickness,etc.) related to leaf morphology,stomatal characteristics and anatomical structure of the leaves of four kiwifruit varieties (‘ Xuxiang ’‘Gezao’‘Jinmi’ and ‘Qihong’ ) were observed and measured using multi-functional image analysis method,nail polish imprinting method and paraffin sectioning method.The drought resistance indexes of the 21 indexes were screened through a combination of principal component analysis and correlation analysis.To establish a theoretical basis for breeding drought-resistant kiwifruit varieties,a comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance was conducted by membership function method.The results showed that stomatal width,leaf thickness and upper skin thickness are typical indexes for comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance.The drought resistance ranking of the four kiwifruit varieties was found to be ‘Xuxiang’ > ‘Jinmi’ > ‘Qihong’ > ‘Gezao’.
