| 摘 要： | 采用MTT法依次用热水、冷碱、热碱浸提姬松茸菌丝体,研究得到的3种水溶性多糖及胞外多糖对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响.结果表明:4种多糖在不同质量浓度下可单独或协同Con A刺激淋巴细胞增殖;以0.5-0.25μg.mL-1冷碱提取的水溶性多糖,可促进LPS诱导的脾淋巴细胞的增殖(P>0.05). |

| Abstract: | Effects of 3 kinds of soluble polysaccharides and extracelluar-polysaccharides on the proliferation of lymphoid cells in mice were studied by fractionating the mycelia of Agaricus blazei Murill sequentially with hot water,cold and hot NaOH solutions respectively by means of the MTT method.The results were as follows: four water-soluble mycelium polysaccharides at different concentrations could stimulate the proliferation of lymphocyte in spleen alone or together with Con A;the water-soluble polysaccharide extracted with cold alkali(0.5-0.25 μg·mL~(-1)) could increase the proliferation of lymphocyte in spleen stimulated by LPS(P>(0.05)). |
