光合细菌在种植业上的应用研究

摘    要:把光合细菌作为有机肥施人烟草、萝卜、大豆、地瓜等试验田中,结果显示:光合细菌能改善土壤微生物区系,促进土壤中固氮菌、根瘤菌、放线菌、细菌等的生长,抑制土壤中真菌的生长;能增加大豆根瘤数;能促进作物对土壤中各养分的吸收,增加植株叶绿素含量,促进植物生长,使各植株的株高、根长、根重等都比对照有显著增加;光合细菌还能增加作物产量,改善作物品质,尤其对地瓜的产量增加明显,其增幅达78.5%,有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:Photosynthetic bacterium was applied as an organic fertilizer to the tobacco, radish, soybean and pachyrhizus fields. The results showed that PSB could improve the soil microorganism section system, promote the growth of the bacteria of azotobacter, rhizobium, actinomyces, bacteria and restrain the growth of fungi in the soil. It increased the amount of the root nodule; and also accelerated the crop to absorb the nutrients in the soil, increased the plant amount of chlorophyll. The individual plant height, length and weight of the root were all increased compared to those of the control. Photosynthetic bacterium also increased the output of the crops, improved the quality of the crops, especially pachyrhizus, the increment reached 78.5%. It is worth extension.
