金枪鱼延绳钓投绳效率的研究

摘    要:根据宁波捷胜海洋开发有限公司2006~2007年对其近年研发的金枪鱼延绳钓机系统进行的陆上模拟试验及对广州远洋渔业公司2005~2006年在马尔代夫海域的生产调查资料,对其中的投绳系统(主要由双压轮投绳机、收绳机)及电子视听监控系统(辅助投绳系统)的投绳效率进行了分析。结果表明:该钓机系统海上作业时的总投绳效率比目前国内钓船普遍使用的钓机系统提高12%以上,其中,投绳系统与电子视听监控系统的提高幅度分别为10.10%和1.90%;投绳系统中的双压轮投绳机与遥控/手动止动阀(位于收绳机主滚筒旁)的模拟投绳效率分别比单压轮投绳机与手动止动阀的投绳效率各提高7.69%和1.71%以上。另外,电子视听监控系统与遥控/手动止动阀的使用同时也提高了金枪鱼延绳钓的起钓效率与生产的安全性。

Abstract:Based on the land simulation testing data from Ningbo Jessn Oceanic Exploitation Co.,Ltd during 2006-2007,and fishing log data from Guangzhou Deep Sea Fisheries Co.,during 2005-2006 in Maldives sea area,the casting efficiency of the tuna fishing equipments system researched and developed in recent years by Ningbo Jessn Oceanic Exploitation Co.,Ltd have been analyzed.The results showed that the total casting efficiency was improved more than 12% as compared with the products currently used by chinese tuna longliner,among them,10.10% contributed by line casting machine with two presser and remote/manual stop valve,and about 1.90% by electronic audial-video controller system.In the simulation testing,the casting efficiency more than 7.69% was improved by line casting machine with two presser,more than 1.71% by remote/manual stop valve.Otherwise,it could also improve the hauling efficiency and operating safety by using electronic audial-video controller system and remote/manual stop valve.
