鸭真代谢能测定条件的研究

摘    要:本试验探讨了不同的强饲量(40、60、80克)和排泄物不同的收集时间(16、24、32、48小时)对四川麻鸭的饲料真代谢能测值的影响。结果表明,除16小时外,真代谢能(TME)值不受收集时间的影响;过高的强饲量使TME测值偏低,80克组的测值显著低于60(P<0.05)和40克组(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Mature, nonlaying, female sichuan ducks were used in determining the effect of level of intake and excreta collection time on true metabolizable energy (TME) of corn and soyabean meal. The TME values of corn and soyabean meal were found to decreace significantly from 16 to 24hr (?)eriods of excreta collection. Excreta collection up to 32 or 48 hr resulted in nonsignificant decreaces in the TME of corn and soyabean meal. The TME values of 40 or 60g input were much higher than that of 80g for corn or soyabean meal. Date from fasting ducks of the experiment indicated that there was no significant difference in quantitative excretion between 24 to 48hr and 48 to 72hr periods after fasting 24hr. The results indicated that optimal feed input was 40 to 60g, and optimal excreta collection time was 24hr this condition.
