| 摘 要： | 以研究型大学教师职业倾向为研究方向展开实证研究,发现教师有多种职业倾向,并以技能型、服务型和生活型为主,各项职业倾向之间又存在着相关性;同时还发现教师个人背景会影响其职业倾向。依据教师职业倾向的特点和影响因素,为研究型大学管理者提出教师管理体制的相应建议,旨在提高研究型大学综合水平。

| Abstract: | This study on the research-oriented career of facult in university was conducted.The findings revealed a rich diversity of career of faculties,also showed that the individual variables such age,education,gender,rank and job tenure had the different influences on the career orientation.In the paper the suggestions on developing faculties in terms of career orientation were provided in order to improve the level of aggregation of the research-oriented university. |
