| 摘 要： | 对我国特有种小报春种子的形态、吸水特性以及萌芽特性进行了研究,结果表明:小报春的种子细小,种子千粒重(0.116±0.0032)g,种子吸水约需要6h就能达到水分饱和状态。最佳的储存条件为4℃、遮光保存,一年后萌芽率下降小于5%。小报春经赤霉素处理后,发芽整齐,但对种子的萌芽率影响不显著。在25℃、光照条件下萌发率最高。 |

| Abstract: | Primula forbesii is a special species in china. In this paper, the water-sopping characteristic and germination characteristic of the seeds were studied. The results showed that seeds of P.forbesii were small and the weight of thousand seeds was (0.1160.003 2) g. Sopping water time was about 6 h. The best storing condition for seeds is at 4 without sunlight. In this condition, the germination rate is only 5% below after one year store. The seeds germinate regularly with the treatment of GA, but it had no effects on the germination rate. The best germinating condition is at 25 with sunlight for P.forbesii seeds. |
