| 摘 要： | 根据输油生产的连续性特点以及输送介质具有易凝、易燃、易爆的性质，站内原油管道施工动火必须严格遵循ＳＹ５８５９－９３《石油工业企业动火安全规程》。将站内原油管道施工动火归纳为三种类型，并对第一种类型的施工动火过程中可能会出现的问题进行了预测和分析，提出了防范措施，以保障施工安全。

| Abstract: | The implementation of hot work for station crude oil pipeline must be in accordance with the standard of SY5859-93 because the media transported are solidifiable,inflammable,and explosive. The paper classifies the hot work for pump station crude oil pipeline as three categories,predicts and analyzes the events that maybe arise from the hot work during each category of hot work,and presents the relative measures to be taken to ensure the construction safety. |
