浮顶油罐转动浮梯损坏原因分析

摘    要:以山东邹城输油公司临邑站14号5×10~4m~3浮顶油罐遭受暴风雨袭击后,其转动浮梯受损为例,剖析出浮顶油罐转动浮梯的损坏主要是由于储罐所处的地理位置、气候变化、储罐高位运行、转动浮梯在高度方向运动时有限的限制,及空气动力作用等因素造成的。并提出只有严格执行有关的技术规范和操作规程,完善储罐技术指标的测评,做好油罐的技术改造工作,加强科技管理,才能防患于未然。

Abstract:A site investigation has been made on the accident of rotative ladder deformation in a floating roof tank in Linyi pump station. The investigative and analytical results show that there are three main causes for the accident: the location of tank, changing weather, and high tank-level. Some suggestions that working in accordance with relative codes and regulations,improving the evaluation of indexes for tank,technical reform,and enhancing management in order to protect against the accident be set forth.
