PLC在热媒间接加热系统中的应用

分析了管道系统大多数加热炉目前所采用的微机控制系统的运行状态，结果表明存在故障率较高，实时控制效果差及维护投资大等诸多问题，据此，给出了一种实用的加热炉控制系统的ＰＬＣ（ＰｒｏｇｒａｍｍａｂｌｅＬｏｇｉｃａｌＣｏｎｔｒｏｌｌｅｒ）设计方法，该方法实际使用情况表明，对解决上述存在的问题是行之有效的。

The Application of Programmable Logical Cotroller in Heat Medium Indirect Heating System

The operating status quo of the computer controlling systems adopted in most of heaters of pipeline system is analyzed. The result shows that there are many problems existed in the application of computer, such as high failure rate, poor effect in real-time control, high cost in maintenance and so on. Therefore, a practical design method of programmable logical controller for heater controlling system has been developed, and this method is effective to solve above problems.
